BC Hockey provincial championships will take place from March 15th to March 22nd .  Congratulations to all Kelowna MHA teams attending this years championships.

U13 Female A – For the second year in a row, U13 Fem A won their league and faced Kamloops for their playoff 3 game series final where they were undefeated, taking the series in 2 games, and now will be attending championships March 19-22 in Vernon.

U13 Tier 1 – Had a competitive season with an 8-3-4 record.  Their playoff format was 3 games series.  First against Kamloops where they swept the series in two games.  Their final was against South Zone, where they faced close competition, ultimately taking game 3 with a score of 4-3.  The will now attend championships in Cranbrook, March 15-18.

U13 Tier 2 – Had a very successful season, first winning their league with a 14-2-0 record.  Their playoffs were tournament format, after a solid round robing, they earned a place in the semi finals against Vernon and then advancing to the final against Penticton.  The Rockets secured the Provincial birth with a 5-2 final win.  They will now attend Championships in Hollyburn March 15-18.

U18 Tier 2 – Fell short in the playoffs this season but will be hosting U18 T2 championships at MNP March 15-18.  As host, they earn a spot in the championships.  There will be teams from Cranbrook, Vernon, Ft St John, Powell River, Williams Lake, South Delta, and Vancouver.  Come out to see some great hockey and support the Championship event.
