Notice of Special Resolutions

Special Resolution #1 – Constitution Update
To approve amendments to the KMHA Constitution reflecting updated organizational naming conventions.

The revised formatting follows the standard structure set out by the BC Societies Act.

Special Resolution #2 – Adoption of New Bylaws
To approve and adopt the proposed new KMHA Bylaws in their entirety, replacing the current bylaws.

Given the comprehensive nature of the proposed revisions, a full replacement is recommended rather than a clause-by-clause amendment. A summary of the key changes has been prepared.

  • Supporting documents, including the proposed bylaws and summary of changes, were previously emailed to membership.
  • Board of Director applicants will be posted on the website in advance of the AGM.
