At the recent OMAHA Regional Committee meeting and the AGM that followed, OMAHA associations have committed to having a U11 Female Development league for the 2026-27 season. This league will provide another step in the Female Development Pathway in the Okanagan. Families with girls interested in playing at this level should reach out to their home associations to find information as to whether their associations are planning to have a team at that level, or what possible options exist for girls in associations that are unable to have a team. A number of association representatives have worked very hard to fill this gap in the female pathway and their efforts are very much appreciated for the opportunity this will provide for the females within our district.

Kelowna MHA registration for U11 female dev will open June 1st.  Tryouts will take place Aug 22 to Aug 28.  Ice times will be during the day so please plan accordingly.
