BC Hockey Championships

BC Hockey provincial championships will take place from March 16th to March 23rd.  Congratulations to all Kelowna teams attending this years championships.

U18 Female A – has had a very successful season, winning their league.  They faced South Zone in their final playoff 3 game series, winning the series in two games.  The will be attending championships March 20-23 in Tri-Port.

U15 Female A – had a close league battle with Thompson this season and were able to beat them in a 3 game playoff series to advance to the U15 female A championships March 20-23 in Richmond.

U13 Female A – Won their league and travelled to Kamloops for their playoff where they went undefeated, facing Kamloops in their final, and now will be attending championships March 20-23 in Prince George.

U18 Tier 2 – Finished 4th in the league, and travelled to Penticton for their playoffs.  They went undefeated with an exciting triple over time in their semi final against West Kelowna.  They faced a tough Penticton team in their final, and came out victorious with a 4-2 win.  They will be attending Championships March 16-20 in Port Moody.

U13 tier 3 – Had a very successful season, winning their league.  They travelled to Enderby for their playoffs and went 5-0 with a double over time win in the final.  They will be attending championships March 16-20 in Dawson Creek.

U13 Tier 2 – Fell short in their playoff final against Penticton after an amazing come back victory in their semi final.  Kelowna will be hosting U13 tier 2 provincials with Kelowna and Penticton tier 2 representing the Okanagan.

U13 Tier 4 – Had a successful season going undefeated in league play and ultimately winning their league.  They faced a higher ranking South Okanagan in team in their playoff final falling short of that final win.  They will however be attending championships March 16-20 in Osoyoos with Kelowna and South Ok  tier 4 representing the Okanagan.
