You are personally invited to the Kelowna red carpet premiere  of the documentary “Tootoo”, with proceeds benefitting Ozanam Recovery House, a local 18-bed transition home located here in Kelowna serving those struggling with addictions and mental health issues.

The event takes place on Saturday, November 1st at Kelowna Community Theater, and promises to be an extraordinary evening featuring NHL trailblazer Jordin Tootoo, the first Inuk player in NHL history, as he shares his powerful journey through addiction, loss, and ultimate triumph. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Jordin and film producer Adam Scorgie.

Given the content, the documentary is recommended for ages 13 and up.  This is a great opportunity for our young players and the broader minor hockey community to meaningfully support a local organization providing hope and hands-on, direct support to those in our community struggling with addictions and mental health, sheltering and guiding them as they build their lives back and reintegrate into healthy community.

We’d love to see you there.  Adult, student, and VIP tickets are available HERE.
